1st, we go down ground

floor 2 do exercise~~~

nt so exciting la...

after having our lunch,

there is some cute game

prepared by teacher 4 us~~

i would like 2 explain it in chinese..^^

一开始，

老师要我们各用一只脚与两只脚来跑。。。

然后要让我们知道，

一只脚跑得快还是两只脚。。。

当然是两只拉，费。。。

不过，其意义可是非常的好。。。

也就是，

一只脚，等于50%，两只脚，100%。。

-做任何事情，都要用两只脚，

就算是上厕所也是一样。

就比如，你要睡觉，就100分的去睡，

不要再听歌。。。做其它东西了。。。

坐再不喜欢的东西，

也要用自己100%的心与真诚。。


接着，老师要我们向木头人一样，

当然其他的组员会围着你，

而站在中心的人，站在原地不动，

之后呢，身体放松，很自然的，

你要往哪倒，就往哪倒，

而你的朋友就负责接你，不让你跌倒。。。

一开始，当然会不敢倒啦，

之后倒到向什么酱。。

哈哈。。

很刺激！！！因为你往哪倒，

朋友就可以随意推你。。。

也就是，我们会东歪西倒咯。。

哇哈哈！！
